Nyx, don’t be afraid. #2

The Night has always been fascinating. This silent, dark space-time is synonymous with rest and dreams. But it is also a world full of unknowns. All its darkness reveals itself to the human eye which, unable to see clearly, imagines all sorts of things, to the point of developing an extreme fear of the dark, fear of the night, nyctophobia.

Nyx, don’t be afraid proposes a duo of installations on the theme of the Night. I explore the vision of a storm, the light of headlights in the dark, how the different elements of nature can dialogue in a new poetic light. The second space is more domestic. Connected to the cinematographic world, it plays on nocturnal perceptions, what we see, what we think we see.
